Garden vegetable stuffing

Garden vegetable stuffing was OK. It goes good with pork. But a little dry. I mite make it again. On a scale from one to ten it's a seven.

    I had the pleasure of enjoying Garden Vegetable Stuffing with "Bluedude588" and loved this side dish! It was a perfect compliment to the Mushroom Garlic Pork Chops. I agree that it was a bit dry, however the mushroom garlic sauce was delicious when poured over the stuffing dish! Very good! ;-)
